Estate Releases

In our 30-acre vineyard we grow 6 distinct varietals. We produce these single varietals in house and enjoy crafting new style blends that incorporate either estate varietals or high quality fruit from around the region.

American Viticulture Area

Solano County/Green Valley is a small valley approximately one mile wide and four miles long. The Solano County/Green Valley American Viticulture Area (AVA) shares a similar climate and soil to that of neighboring Napa Valley AVA's. These neighboring AVA’s include the prestigious Coombsville region and the Los Carneros region.

Wine Club

One of the reasons we love G V Cellars is not just the beauty of the views or the great tasting wine but the amazing staff that make the experience about you! You are truly family when you visit G V Cellars!

The wine and success speak for itself...The people here truly love what they do, and wish to share that with everyone...
— Ron (Wine Club Member)
It’s easy to find great wine in Northern California and in that regard, GV Cellars ranks among the best! More complex however is locating a cellar that cares about both their wines and their patrons as well. Each lingering visit to GV Cellars is an intimate experience, savoring delicious wines, sharing wine and spending time with what feels like old friends.

Our Story

In 2005 the Most Interesting Owner (MIO as we call him) and his select team of business associates embarked upon the G V Cellars project. The MIO's mission was simple; produce award-winning Italian style wine in an intimate boutique setting. G V quickly became the place for visitors and locals to enjoy distinguished wines, engaging staff, and picturesque views. For these reasons, our guests refer to us as Green Valley's Hidden Gem.

We boast 6 varietals in our 30-acre estate vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, and the rare Dolcetto. We are known for our distinctive proprietary blends, using estate grapes and the best fruits from neighboring regions.
